Job Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and drive the commercial strategy for two exceptional Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat . This senior leadership role oversees revenue growth across diverse market segments including MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and Food & Beverage . You will play a key role in shaping the long-term success and positioning of two distinct yet complementary destinations. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver annual sales strategies in partnership with the Cluster General Manager Lead total account management across all key market segments Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and conference team Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat and incremental business Represent both properties at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Analyse sales performance, market trends, and reporting to inform strategy Collaborate closely with the Commercial Sales team to maximise market exposure and revenue
